Job Description

Role Overview: We are looking for a Land Acquisition Executive to identify and acquire large plots (1-2 acres and above) for residential and commercial development projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify suitable land and establish direct communication with landowners.
- Negotiate acquisition rates to secure the best possible prices.
- Perform land evaluations and compile reports on amenities, transportation access, and growth potential.
- Collaborate with management to finalize agreements and manage all related legal documentation.
Requirements: Candidates must possess strong knowledge of land transactions, exceptional negotiation skills, and prior sales experience.
Salary: ₹15,00 per month, along with attractive benefits.
