Job Description
Kotak Mahindra is seeking a dynamic Relationship Officer to join our Digital Sales team. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and presentation skills, with a focus on core corporate clients in the realm of Digital Banking. Key responsibilities include cross-selling bank products, addressing investment and insurance needs, and enhancing customer relationships. The role demands meticulous record-keeping, effective management of customer complaints, and extensive travel within city limits. Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree with 0-2 years of experience. Possession of a two-wheeler, an Android phone, and familiarity with Liability Sales or KYC will be advantageous.
