This position demands a solid foundation in legal documentation, litigation management, and security assessment, with a primary emphasis on mortgages.
Key responsibilities encompass drafting and reviewing contracts, overseeing litigation cases, and performing thorough portfolio due diligence. Ideal candidates should hold an LLB degree and have 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in a bank or non-banking financial company (NBFC).
