Job Description
JVW Technologies is actively seeking dedicated individuals for roles in both the International Voice Process and Non-Voice Process, including Voice, Chat, Blended, and Semi-Voice options.
Location: Manyata Techpark, Bangalore
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls, verify information, and address customer inquiries.
- Provide effective solutions with strong judgment and empathy.
- Document customer interactions in our system accurately.
Requirements:
- At least six months of experience in an international voice process.
- Exceptional English communication skills; proficiency in Hindi is a plus.
- Preferred candidates should be available for immediate joining.
Salary: ₹24,00.00 – ₹34,00.00 per month
