Job Description
BDV Private Limited is pleased to announce an opening for the position of Customer Support Executive in our Backend Process department. This is a full-time, permanent role with a competitive salary, operating in a 100% work-from-office setting.
Designation: Customer Support Associate (CSA)
Job Profile: Responsible for verifying customer documents (UIDAI DQ).
Mandatory Criteria: We welcome applications from all graduates, including both freshers and experienced candidates. Proficiency in reading Hindi is essential for Bengali and Hindi applicants. Additionally, the ability to translate English to Hindi is required. Strong customer orientation is imperative.
