Job Description
The Lighthouse Communities Foundation (LCF) is searching for a dedicated Placement Youth Coordinator. In this role, you will connect our students with market placement opportunities while coordinating interviews and gathering feedback for improvement.
Preferred candidates should have a degree, a passion for youth development, and strong communication skills in Odia and Hindi. Familiarity with MS Office and confidence in handling challenging situations are also preferred.
This is a full-time position with a salary range of ₹15,00.00 – ₹18,00.00 and benefits.
