Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Help Desk Technician to provide technical support to our clients. The ideal candidate must have experience in supporting VPN connectivity, Active Directory, and MS Office products, among others. Proficiency in Windows 7, Windows 10, and basic knowledge of Multifactor Authentication (MFA) and mobile apps is essential.
Excellent customer service skills, including strong communication abilities and attention to detail, are required. The candidate must be organized, team-oriented, and self-motivated, with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹240,00.00 – ₹450,00.00 per year
Work Location: In person in Hyderabad, Telangana.
