Job Description
The Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies is seeking an Assistant Medical Superintendent to assist the Medical Superintendent in managing the medical staff and ensuring the efficient operation of clinical and ancillary services. This role requires close collaboration with heads of clinical services to develop protocols for optimal patient care.
The Assistant Medical Superintendent will work with nursing services to establish procedures that ensure high-quality nursing and supportive care. Additionally, this position involves implementing quality monitoring systems, developing safety policies, and participating in the recruitment and delegation of responsibilities to medical and paramedical staff.
