Job Description
Moder Solutions is seeking a dedicated Underwriting Associate to join our Underwriting Department. In this full-time position, you will review and analyze mortgage loan applications to ensure accuracy, compliance, and eligibility. Your responsibilities include making independent loan acceptance decisions, providing final underwriting approval, and effectively communicating with team members.
Qualified candidates should hold a degree or equivalent, possess a minimum of 3 years of end-to-end conventional/government underwriting experience, and be well-versed in the 4C’s of underwriting: Asset, Income, Credit, and Collateral.
