Job Description
TRADE SYNDICATE is seeking a dedicated Executive Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle calendar management, prioritize appointments, and manage telephone calls while taking messages. Responsibilities include sending and receiving correspondence, checking and replying to emails, and typing necessary documents.
You will also prepare presentations and reports, take dictations, draft letters, quotations, and memos, and maintain the COO’s files. Additional duties include drafting meeting minutes.
Job Types: Full-time, Volunteer
Pay: ₹9,145.08 – ₹15,00.00 per month

Requirements
- Experience in the Related Field (Preferred)
