Job Description
Company: VachiLabs Innovations Pvt Ltd
Location: Delhi/Noida
Role & Responsibilities: Provide customer support via voice calls for queries and complaints related to the Dreams 11 platform.
Qualifications: Graduate in any stream; 6 months of customer service experience required.
Shifts: Male: 24/7; Female: 6 am to 8 pm (any 9-hour window). No transportation during odd hours.
Compensation: Up to ₹28,00 per month.
Interview Process: HR Round, Ops Round, Client Round, & PMaps Assessments.
Languages: Proficiency in English is required; Hindi is preferred.
Work Location: In-person.
