Job Description
Join Cosmic IT Services Pvt Ltd as a Non-Voice Process Associate! You will be responsible for following up with customers, addressing inquiries, concerns, and complaints through email and chat. Your role includes resolving issues and escalating them as necessary, ensuring customer satisfaction.
We welcome fresher candidates aged up to 28 years. Proficiency in Hindi is required, and English skills are preferred. Candidates must have completed at least 12th grade and exhibit excellent communication skills. Immediate joiners are preferred.
Work Schedule: Full-time, Permanent positions available. Shifts include Day, Evening, Morning, and Night.
Salary Range: ₹9,663.45 – ₹35,790.78 per month.
