Job Description
SENSORIX AUTOMATION PVT. LTD. is seeking a dedicated Back Office Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
- Placing Purchase Orders (PO) to Vendors
- Coordinating with Vendors
- Arranging shipments
- Registering new Vendors
- Sharing Proforma Invoices (PI) and Order Acknowledgments (OA) with customers
- Booking orders and updating delivery status
- Adding new customers to our CRM system
- Providing dispatch instructions to the account team
- Managing inventory effectively
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,00.00 – ₹25,00.00 per month
Schedule: Day shift
Education: Bachelor’s (Preferred)
Experience: 1 year of total work (Preferred)
