Job Description
Kotak Mahindra is seeking an Operational Risk Management Support Specialist to enhance our risk management framework. The ideal candidate will demonstrate awareness of Operational Risk Management and proficiency with tools such as Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) and Loss Database. Responsibilities include performing back-testing of RCSA control assessments, monitoring timely renewals of RCSAs, and conducting thematic reviews to identify key risks within established timelines.
Job Requirements:
- Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel
- CA/MBA or experience in control functions (ORM/Audit) preferred
- Excellent communication skills
