Job Description
Panel Craft India is seeking a dedicated Receptionist to manage our front desk operations. The ideal candidate will greet visitors, answer phone calls, handle inquiries, schedule appointments, and perform various administrative tasks to ensure a smooth reception area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls in a cordial, professional, and timely manner.
- Order and maintain office/kitchen supplies.
- Organize inward and outward materials follow-up.
- Coordinate office equipment maintenance with vendors.
- Perform MS-Office entries.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹9,00.00 – ₹12,00.00 per month
Schedule: Morning shift
Experience: 1 year in Microsoft Office and front desk/receptionist role is required.
