Job Description
Somaiya Vidyavihar University is seeking a dedicated Admission Counsellor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a graduate with at least six months of experience in counselling, sales, or telecalling.
Your responsibilities will include handling all incoming and outgoing calls to prospective leads, managing walk-ins, and facilitating the application submission process. You will explain admission procedures and support students through their queries and documentation.
