Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance Officer for a hybrid position that combines active sales responsibilities (50% of the time) with quality assurance and training duties (50% of the time). You will be responsible for conducting outbound sales calls, handling inbound sales opportunities, and maintaining detailed records in our CRM system. Additionally, you will evaluate sales representatives’ calls, develop quality monitoring scorecards, and design training programs.
This full-time, permanent position offers a competitive salary ranging from ₹300,00.00 to ₹600,00.00 per year, along with benefits including health insurance, paid time off, and a provident fund.
