Job Description
HIC Global Solutions is seeking a Business Development Manager specializing in Domestic IT Staffing. This full-time position involves building and managing client relationships, driving lead generation, and achieving targeted growth.
Shift Timing: 11 AM to 8 PM (Monday – Friday)
Location: Office no 505, 5th Floor, A-10, Pegasus Tower, Block A, Sector 68, Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201301
Key Responsibilities include identifying leads, engaging clients, and managing the full recruitment cycle.
Requirement: 2 years total work experience in Domestic IT Staffing, superior communication skills, and proficiency in using ATS/recruitment tools.
Pay: ₹50,00.00 – ₹80,00.00 per month.
