Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain operational analysis related to volume, efficiencies, and quality.
- Report on metrics and prepare actionable presentations for management.
- Create daily scorecards to track KPIs and assist in volume forecasting.
- Support existing management information systems (MIS) and enhance reporting efficiency.
- Analyze business processes and recommend improvements.
