Job Description
Join our team at Sinewave Computer Services Pvt Ltd as a Collections Representative! You will make outbound calls to collect outstanding payments, negotiate payment plans, and resolve customer complaints. We seek a motivated individual with excellent communication and negotiation skills. A bachelor’s degree and 0-1 year of experience in collections or customer service are required.
Compensation ranges from ₹15,00.00 to ₹20,00.00 per month, with benefits like health insurance and a Provident Fund. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule.
