Job Description

ScopeHR Services is seeking a dedicated Company Secretary to join our team. You will report to the chairman and liaise with board members, preparing agendas and papers for board meetings, servicing AGMs, and providing legal and financial advice.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary of up to ₹750,00.00 per year, health insurance, and a performance bonus. Preferred qualifications include at least one year of experience and proficiency in Hindi and English.
