Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Executive – Collections to join our team at Tata Communications. This operational role is vital in supporting our billing team with day-to-day tasks to ensure timely and accurate billing for our customers. You will maintain customer accounts, deliver billing information, and achieve collection targets. Additionally, your responsibilities will include tracking payments, processing invoices and expense claims, and generating monthly reports.
Minimum qualifications include accounting or finance experience. Desired skills include knowledge of basic accounting procedures, proficiency in Excel, and familiarity with Outlook.
