The role of the Client Services Representative at WTW involves working within an administration team to address member and client inquiries related to defined benefit pension schemes. We seek a dedicated professional who can maintain a high level of accuracy while delivering excellent service even under pressure.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any major, with 3-7 years of experience, specifically in DB or DC pension administration, including Canada, UK, or US pension experience. Strong written and verbal communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and computer literacy are essential.
