Job Description
OnlineInfatuation is seeking a dedicated Travel Customer Service Agent to join our team in Dwarka Sec 11. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2+ years of experience in US flight sales and proficiency in GDS systems such as Amadeus and Sabre.
Salary: Up to $40,00/month
Shift: Night/US Shift (5 days with 2 rotational offs)
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage flight bookings and sales inquiries.
- Provide exceptional customer service to address client queries.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to team success.
