Job Description
Join our team at Vinayak Health Care Clinic as a Customer Care Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Answering phone calls and emails, addressing customer inquiries and complaints.
- Handling inbound processes.
- Document scanning and uploading.
- Performing back-office tasks and data entry.
- Utilizing Excel for data management.
Qualifications: Any Graduate (Freshers are welcome). This is a full-time position with a salary ranging from ₹11,00.00 to ₹27,00.00 per month.
