Job Description
Hewlett Packard is seeking a qualified Regional Legal Counsel. In this role, you will apply intermediate-level legal knowledge to address common business issues and solve moderately complex problems while providing analytical support to your team. You will deliver legal advice, assist with commercial transactions, and conduct legal awareness training.
Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice on transactions, contracts, and reviews.
- Deliver legal awareness training for clients.
- Analyze and resolve local legal issues.
Requirements:
- Advanced law degree (e.g., JD or LLB).
- 2-6 years of commercial legal experience.
- Understanding of local laws and strong communication skills.
