Job Description
Health India Insurance TPA Service Pvt. Ltd is seeking a Call Center Agent with excellent communication skills in English and Hindi. Knowledge of additional languages like Marathi or Gujarati is preferred.
The ideal candidate should have prior experience in call centers, particularly with medical scheduling companies. Flexibility for morning (8 AM – 4:30 PM) and evening (12:30 PM – 9 PM) shifts is essential. Salary ranges from ₹14,00 to ₹17,00 per month, depending on experience.
