Job Description
Magenta Ev Solutions Pvt. Ltd is seeking a dedicated Sourcing Executive to join our team. You will partner with hiring managers to create job descriptions and manage the job posting process. Your responsibilities include onboarding new hires and focusing on recruiting blue-collar candidates such as drivers and delivery executives. You will manage up to 50 open positions and regularly communicate with hiring managers about their status.
Additionally, you will travel to assigned locations to build relationships with leadership teams.
