Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our housekeeping department. The ideal candidate will ensure cleanliness standards are met while effectively managing staff and maintaining inventory levels. This role requires the ability to address guest complaints promptly and uphold a safe work environment. Please note that a two-wheeler and a valid driver’s license are mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the housekeeping team
• Train new staff in cleaning procedures and safety protocols
• Create and maintain effective cleaning schedules
• Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies
