Job Description
Abhidi Solution Private Limited is seeking a dedicated and motivated Junior IT Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing candidates, conducting preliminary screening interviews, and efficiently managing inquiries from both internal stakeholders and clients.
Qualifications: A Master’s degree (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred) along with 0-1.5 years of recruitment experience, ideally within the IT sector. Strong communication skills and a solid understanding of IT concepts are essential for success in this position.
This is a full-time role offering a competitive monthly salary ranging from ₹25,00.00 to ₹30,00.00, in addition to benefits such as flexible work hours, health insurance, and performance-based bonuses.
