Job Description
Accenture is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Payroll Operations Associate at Grade CL 13. This is an excellent opportunity for a New Associate looking to embark on a career in payroll processing.
The ideal candidate should possess:
- Basic knowledge of Payroll
- Understanding of Gratuity and eligibility
- Leave encashment knowledge
- Awareness of Provident Fund
- Familiarity with ESI
- Updated knowledge on the latest Tax regulations
Experience: 0.6 – 1 year in a related field
Education: A bachelor’s degree in commerce or equivalent in accounting and commerce.
