• Minimize changeover time during color adjustments.
• Coordinate with shift leads for timely operations.
• Conduct quality inspections to achieve zero defects.
• Implement preventive maintenance and troubleshoot effectively.
• Ensure compliance with cGMP and GDP regulations.
