This role requires engaging with clients from the US to address their medical inquiries and support services. The ideal candidate should have 0-2 years of experience in an international voice process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls related to medical inquiries.
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues.
• Document calls and maintain client records.
• Maintain high-quality customer service.

Qualifications: Excellent English communication skills, ability to work night shifts, and a strong customer service orientation.

Salary: Up to ₹25,00/month with benefits.
