The successful candidate will manage customer inquiries, deliver support, and ensure customer satisfaction. Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory, while proficiency in additional Indian languages is an advantage.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in a customer-centric role.
- Age: 25-30 years, preferably residing within Bangalore.
- Strong communication skills in Hindi and English.
Salary: ₹20,00 – ₹25,00 per month, based on experience.
