Job Description
Addon Jobs is currently looking for a dedicated Housekeeping Supervisor to enhance our team. The primary responsibilities of this role include assigning housekeeping tasks, maintaining high cleanliness standards, and managing staff shifts and replacements. The ideal candidate will address any complaints, provide staff training, oversee the inventory of cleaning supplies, and handle the recruitment, promotions, and dismissals of team members. Additionally, the supervisor may perform cleaning duties as needed.
This is a full-time position with a salary range of ₹15,00 – ₹20,00 per month. Candidates should possess a Higher Secondary education (12th Pass preferred) and have at least 2 years of supervisory experience. Proficiency in Malayalam is preferred.
