Job Description

Advanced GroHair & GloSkin is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Executive to join our team. In this role, you will foster and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external customers, ensuring the delivery of exceptional service.

Your key responsibilities will include monitoring admission standards, managing quality-related documentation, and addressing operational discrepancies. You will also oversee duty rosters for our front office and OPD service teams, ensuring that they are both motivated and well-trained.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from ₹15,00.00 to ₹20,00.00 per month. We are looking for candidates who are fluent in English and preferably Tamil, with availability on weekends. Please note that this position requires in-person attendance.
