Job Description
Shift: UK Hours – 1:30 PM to 10:30 PM
Salary: ₹20,00.00 – ₹30,00.00 per month
We are seeking a committed Customer Support Executive with a solid foundation in accounting and experience in voice processing. In this role, you will manage tenant interactions, coordinate maintenance requests, and ensure overall tenant satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Professionally handle tenant maintenance requests.
- Assess issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Keep comprehensive records of reports and actions taken.
Requirements:
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in international voice processing.
