Job Description
AISWARYA WHEELS is currently seeking a dedicated Customer Care Executive to become a valuable member of our team. In this role, you will manage service appointment calls, remind customers of their scheduled services, and facilitate booking processes.
Your responsibilities will include following up on appointments, issuing service reminders, and providing customer support during busy periods. Accurate daily reporting to the Service Manager and maintaining detailed records in our CRM system is crucial for this position.
Job Type: Full-time | Salary: ₹12,00.00 – ₹20,00.00 per month. Benefits include health insurance and paid time off. A minimum of 1 year of customer service experience is required.
Work Location: In-person | Schedule: Day shift.
