Job Description
AKASA FINANCE LTD is actively seeking a motivated Field Collection Executive to engage with customers regarding overdue payments. Ideal candidates will possess exceptional communication skills, a strong sense of persistence, and a commitment to professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct follow-ups on outstanding payments through calls, emails, or in-person visits.
- Keep accurate records of all follow-ups and collection activities.
- Negotiate payment plans and resolve billing inquiries.
- Collaborate with sales and finance teams to facilitate collections.
- Ensure compliance with legal and company policies.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree.
- 0-3 years of experience in collections.
- Strong negotiation abilities; a bicycle is required for field visits.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: ₹15,00.00 – ₹18,00.00/month
