Job Description
Allobr LLC is in search of a dedicated OPT Recruiter to focus on sourcing, screening, and placing international students on Optional Practical Training (OPT) visas into appropriate job roles. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring candidates meet employer requirements while effectively navigating OPT regulations, managing necessary documentation, and providing insightful career guidance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Familiarity with OPT regulations and eligibility criteria.
- Sourcing qualified OPT candidates.
- Engaging with employers and supporting candidates throughout the process.
Compensation: ₹25,00.00 – ₹40,00.00 per month
Working Hours: Night shift
