Job Description
Alpha NEET Academy is seeking dynamic individuals for the position of Telecaller, available in both part-time and full-time capacities. The Telecaller will manage inbound and outbound calls, address customer inquiries, provide information on courses and services, and convert leads into enrollments. Strong communication skills, sales proficiency, and the ability to efficiently handle customer concerns are essential.
