Job Description
Amalyte is seeking a Telecaller with 1-2 years of experience to manage outbound and inbound calls, generate leads, and aid in sales conversions. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional communication skills, a persuasive demeanor, and a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls, handle inbound inquiries, generate leads, manage CRM records, and build client relationships while meeting targets.
Qualifications: 1-2 years in telecalling or customer service, fluent in English and Hindi (Telugu preferred), and basic computer skills.
Job Details: Located in Mega Hills, Ayyappa Society, Madhapur, Hyderabad. Full-time, Monday to Saturday, 9 AM to 6 PM.
