Job Description
Amma’s Pastries, a prestigious bakery brand located in Kerala, is looking for a dedicated Quality Controller to join our production unit in Kodakara. We are committed to producing high-quality cakes and pastries while upholding the strictest standards of quality and food safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee quality control protocols and inspections of finished products.
- Perform hygiene audits and prepare detailed quality reports.
- Work collaboratively with the production team to address and rectify quality concerns.
- Ensure adherence to all food safety regulations.
Requirements: A Diploma or Degree in Food Technology or a related field, with 2-4 years of quality control experience in the food or bakery sector, along with an understanding of food safety standards.
