Job Description
We are looking for a committed Country Call Center Operator who is fluent in English, Hindi, and preferably Punjabi or Gujarati. This position is located in Gurgaon and requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in telesales, including at least 1 year focused on outbound calling.
Your primary responsibilities will involve making daily calls to new leads, as well as following up with clients to encourage them to visit our clinics. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate client information and collaborating with our clinical team to achieve performance targets. Excellent persuasive speaking skills, patience, and a strong customer-oriented approach are essential for success in this role.
