Job Description

Amplifon is actively searching for a qualified Subject Matter Expert (SME) for our India Call Centre to join our dynamic and innovative team. In this critical role, you will engage with a diverse range of stakeholders, deliver refresher training sessions to current employees, and contribute to process improvements aimed at enhancing operational efficiency. You’ll monitor team performance, provide coaching and support, and work closely with the Quality Assurance (QA) team to offer constructive feedback. Your proficiency in telephony etiquette, script execution, and objection management will be vital to our success.

Ideal candidates are results-driven, possess foundational skills in Excel and presentations, and have a minimum of one year of experience in a calling environment. A graduate or postgraduate degree is highly preferred.
