Job Description
Experience Required: Minimum 5 years in a relevant field.
Salary: Competitive, best in the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee room assignments for students.
- Maintain hostel facilities and ensure high standards.
- Monitor and ensure the quality of food served.
- Enforce strict discipline regarding student entry and exit.
- Report any instances of indiscipline to the Dean.
- Address student grievances effectively and fairly.
- Coordinate emergency first-aid and hospitalization when needed.
Shifts: Day, morning, night, and rotational shifts required.
Work Location: On-site.
