Job Description
Antino Labs is seeking a dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. You will be responsible for the full-cycle recruitment process, including developing recruitment strategies, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and managing job offers. As part of your role, you will enhance our employer branding and build talent pipelines through partnerships with universities and job fairs.
Qualifications include a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, at least 3 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, and proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.
