- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (BE) or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (DME)
- 4-6 years of experience in production supervision
- Strong knowledge of welding and shop floor management
- Proficient in effective manpower handling
- Personal bike for commuting is required
