We are seeking an experienced Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Operations with a minimum of 1 year in a BPO environment. Ideal candidates should have logistics process experience or e-commerce process experience.
Qualifications: Undergraduate/Graduate; Age Limit: 35 years; Gender: Male/Female. Immediate joiners are preferred.
Schedule: 24/7 rostered shifts (primarily night shifts). Salary: ₹32,00.00 – ₹40,00.00 per month. Transport: Shuttle service from the nearest Metro Station.
Application Question: Must have logistics/e-commerce experience in BPO as SME – Operations.
