Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, servers, printers, and other hardware.
- Perform hardware diagnostics, identify problems, and implement effective solutions.
- Replace or repair faulty components (motherboards, RAM, HDD/SSD, power supplies, etc.).
- Maintain inventory of hardware equipment and ensure timely procurement of parts.
- Set up workstations with necessary peripheral devices and network access.
- Perform routine maintenance to prevent hardware failure and ensure system stability.
- Collaborate with the IT support team for resolving system and network-related issues.
- Document hardware configurations, repairs, and maintenance activities.
- Assist with network cable management and hardware setups during office relocations or new setups.
